My Ques: Where were you born, and how was life growing up?
Natalie Hunt: I was born in Houston, Texas. I had a wonderful childhood with wonderful parents who made me who I am today. I didn't have the traditional childhood, as my life revolved around the sport of gymnastics... I spent nearly 40 hours per week training since early childhood, leaving school early each day to head off to the gym forlong, grueling practices. So you could say I had literally no social life... no friends, no boyfriends, no dates.... nothing!!! So that side of things was pretty hard. I was horribly shy in school... and small... and very unattractive.... so that made me the target for ugly name-calling and target practice at lunch everyday. Believe it!! But hey, while they did those mean, petty things, I continued on training (little did they know), and when they finished high school and went on to some no-name junior college, I had received a full ride scholarship to a division I school and haven't looked back since.

My Ques: What would the average person say about you?
Natalie Hunt: Most people would say that I'm really shy but am lots of fun to be around if you simply give me half a chance to warm up to you. They would probably also tell you that I'm one of the mos determined individuals you will ever meet.

My Ques: What kind of stuff did you get into after high school?
Natalie Hunt: I got a full gymnastics scholarship to the University of Oklahoma, so that's what I spent all my college years doing. I got my degree in kinesiology and used it to pursue personal training. The whole modeling thing was NOT planned at all. I got into by entering fitness competitions. I happened to do REALLY well at them given my gymnastics background, which caught the attention of photographers and magazine editors. I later ended up winning the coveted National titles of Ms. Fitness America and Ms. Bikini America. The modeling career sort of took off from there

My Ques: How did you get into modeling?
Natalie Hunt: oops, I guess I already answered that above!

My Ques: How long have you been modeling?

My Ques: How did you feel being in front of the camera for the first time?
Natalie Hunt: I did my first shoot after having a horrible flu, so I was feeling rather weak the whole time. The good thing about shooting after having the flu is that my abs were killer that day!! I can't really say I was shy or scared because I just so happened to have a kick-ass photographer who has one of those personalities that makes you feel very comfortable... like you've known him for years or something. I love him!!

My Ques: How did you feel walking into your photoshoot?
Natalie Hunt: oops, I did it again... answered the question already above

My Ques: So would you say you are comfortable now?
Natalie Hunt: The only time I'm uncomfortable is when I'm having towear an outfit that either doesn't fit me right or doesn't flatter me... that sort of makes me feel a little less confident and it really shows in the picture.

My Ques: Are you comfortable with your body?
Natalie Hunt: Of course, but I most definitely have those 'I hate everything about myself' days like every woman out there!!

My Ques: Are you enhanced?
Natalie Hunt: No, I'm 100% natural... but that doesn't mean I'm against that sort of stuff. I just happen to be very satisfied with my B-cup. They are very well-proportioned to my small frame size and I figure that if I've been as successful as I've been without the enhancements, why get them now?? My answer may change in 10 or so years though!

My Ques: What’s the best thing about modeling?
Natalie Hunt: I swear, it's still the coolest thing in the world to me when I go by a newsstand and see myself in a big magazine. I will always remember looking in all those fitness mags, thinking how cool those girls were, and how beautiful they were... I just knew that being able to do stuff like that could never happen to someone 'normal' and 'ordinary' like me. So the whole thing has been like some sort of dream.

My Ques: What do you do to set yourself apart from other models?
Natalie Hunt: To be honest, I don't really hang out with other models enough to know what they do. All I can say for myself is that I am kind and considerate, honest, hard-working... I am always in shape and ready for my shoots (photographers appreciate that), I am intelligent... I carry myself with pride and stay true to my morals... I also have an 'innocence' to me that a lot of people like. If you meet me, you'll know I mean. I'm vry humble and quiet, and am the most genuine person you'll ever meet.

My Ques: Where do you hope your modeling will take you?
Natalie Hunt: I couldn't ask for anything more. Like I said, modeling was not a planned thing for me at all, so I will be thrilled with whatever the good Lord blesses me with next.

My Ques: What has been the highlight of your modeling career?
Natalie Hunt: The highlight was definitely getting a cover with Oxygen magazine. That was the magazine I would always read and would think to myself, 'wow, that would be so cool to get to be on a magazine cover'. Every girl's dream, right?

My Ques: Where can we find you on a typical weekend, if you aren't doing a photoshoot?
Natalie Hunt: My husband and I hang out together a lot, so we're either eating out somewhere, taking long walks, hanging out at home (raely though), going to movies, or shopping... actually, I shop, we waits.

My Ques: What keeps you busy away from modeling?
Natalie Hunt: I'm ridiculously obessed with emailing and playing on the internet... and shopping... and working out.

My Ques: What do you want to do outside of modeling?
Natalie Hunt: I already do stuff outside of modeling. I'm a partner in a brand new company and I'm designing a large website for them... fitness and nutrition related of course!

My Ques: Five years from now, where do you see yourself?
Natalie Hunt: Oh geez, don't remind me... in 5 years, I'll be in my 30s!! Yuck. I'm sure I won't feel any different, but its just the thought of me having to say I'm 30 something... makes me queezy. I just picture having to drive some crappy baby blue mini-van, wearing mom jeans with the -inch zipper, wearing no make-up, Ked's tennis shoes, and growing a large ass and hips. Can you tell I think about this way too much??

My Ques: What is the coolest thing a fan has ever done for you?
Natalie Hunt: I get a surprising number of emails from women... from all over the world, so I can't really point out one specific thing that was really cool. I think that if anyone thought enough of me to send me a nice email, that I should have the decency to send them a genuine, sincere reply back helping them in any way I can (they usually email me for fitness and weight loss advice)... the men usually just send me the typical perverted crap like, "Can you please send me a pair of your panties? I'd be willing to pay good money".

Natalie Hunt: Absolutely, and not always for modeling stuff. I just hate being in one spot for too long. I'm a bit hyper

My Ques: Do you like all the traveling?
Natalie Hunt: I love the traveling, but I HATE being in airports.... especially these days, when everyone is rude, and don't give a crap whether you get to your destination or not.

My Ques: If you could travel anywhere, where would it be?
Natalie Hunt: My favorite place in the whole world is Maui. We've been there 7 times so far. One of those times was for my wedding. If you're planning to get married anytime soon, I HIGHLY recommend tying the knot there. Absolute paradise... especially at the Grand Wailea Resort. That was my choice spot.

My Ques: If you could play lead role in any type of movie, What kind of movie would it be?
Natalie Hunt: Don't want ANY part in acting. I'm way too shy for that stuff.

Natalie Hunt: Absolutely... who doesn't? I love Corvettes and Vipers... and I also love those Ford Thunderbirds... you know, ones that made a comeback not too long ago? And I also love a big Texas-sized quad-cab truck. Hey, I'm a Texas girl. Everyone likes trucks here!

Natalie Hunt: I'm all for them. What's to complain about... drinks, a nice atmosphere, and 'live entertainment'!

Natalie Hunt: I prefer straight vodka, but you sometimes don't wanna get the party started too early. In that case, I like rasberry lemondrop martinis and kamikazi's.

The only stuff I absolutely can't STAND is rap, R&B, and that new country crap... Natalie Hunt: I'm the biggest goody 2-shoes ever. The worst thing I've ever done is stolen a piece of candy from those big bulk candy bins at the grocery store.

I'm not sure why I've never done this tip before. Eyebrows are one of the most important parts of your face. Your eyebrows should ALWAYS be done! They balance everyone's face. Eyebrow's are the shades to your windows. Don't leave them unruly or overly plucked and over waxed. Before I even get into how to do your brows I would like to discuss something else. Eyebrows are like architecture, art, sculpture, anatomy, nature, etc. When thinking about eyebrows we should think about the Golden Ratio. The Golden Ratio is also known as divine proportion. According to Publisher's Weekly the Golden Ratio is a never-ending number so lauded for its harmonious qualities that in the 16th century it was dubbed the divine proportion. It is related to phenomena as diverse as the petal arrangements of roses, the breeding patterns of rabbits and the shape of our galaxy. Phi is also claimed to have been crucial in the design of the Great Pyramids, the composition of the Mona Lisa and the construction of Stradivarius violins. When explaining the Golden Ratio I like to give this as an example, DaVinci's Vitruvian Man! You all know it, you've all seen it! This is the Golden Ratio at play:

What does this have to do with brows? Everything! The Golden Ratio will give you the perfect brow for your face EVERY single time! It gives you the perfect proportion for your brow. Anastasia isn't called the brow expert for nothing. She uses the Golden Ratio to do brows which stems from her background as an Architect. Below is the perfect example of the Golden Ratio as taken from Anastasia.net.When doing your brow you would want to first figure out where it should start, end, and arch then you will go through and fill it in. It should start from the crook in your nose, NOT the end of your nose unless you have close set eyes and really need your brows to be a bit further apart. This is when you would use the end of your nose as a guide. But NEVER any further over! That's where your brow should always start. Use the picture above as your guide as I'm explaining in words. Also, I would recommend taking an angled brush and putting it into your brow powder or some eyeshadow then using this to make small marks to show you where your brows should be. Now to figure out where your brow should end, take your brush and place it diagonally from the end of your nose to the end of your eye. That is always where the brow should end. Take your brush yet again and start from the middle of your nose diagonally across your iris and now you have your arch! From here you should fill your brow in, be it with brow powder or a pencil. I always suggest using the Anastasia brow stencils and some brow powder because you will get the perfect shape every single time. You also have more of a chance to get your brows looking the same at this point. But remember they are sisters NOT twins. They will never look exactly the same but with practice you can get them very very close! And it is important that you do. After filling it your brow you can either leave it if you like the drama or you can brush through to make them look more natural and not so drawn in. You will use a spooly brush which is pretty much a mascara wand with no mascara on it of course. Just a dry wand would work if you don't have a spooly brush specifically for your brows! Most eyebrow pencils or eyebrow brushes have these wands on the end though so I'd suggest buying one eventually. Take that brush and just brush through your brow. This will take off any excess powder making your brow look more natural without taking off all of the powder. You can also use this brush to erase any marks you made while trying to figure out where your brow should start, end

, and arch. Note that you will not need to make those marks every time you do your brow unless you

want to. The only marks I make now that I know where my brows should be are the ones showing where my brow should start. So that's it. Also get yourself a

nice clear brow gel to finish the look. This will not only push all of your hair in one direction and keep it there but it will also make sure your brow stays on even through sweating! It will set your brow.

For those of you with bald spots or little brow hair put a wax down first. A lot of brow shadows come with a wax. Anastasia at Sephora also sells a wax pencil called Brow Fix. This pencil will last you forever and it will make sure your brow powder always has something to stick to. Just make sure to set it with the brow gel as well!


Also, when you wax or pluck your brows make sure to fill in your brows FIRST! When your brow is on the way it should be shaped you can then pluck or wax around it making sure that you don't take off too much hair or mess up the shape. Even if you don't do your own brows go to your person and just tell them to keep your brow on and to wax or pluck around it!! This is why Anastasia's stencils are great. The

y give you the perfect shape every time and are perfect for filling your brow in to go get them done! Or if you're lucky enough to live near an Anastasia Brow Studio just go there and get them done! They do it with the method I just explained!
